Title: Boston Market Creamed Spinach

Yield: 4 servings
1 cream celery soup; (10
-ounces)
1 tb Flour
4 tb Butter; margarine or canola
20 oz cooked and drained spinach
1 sm onion; diced
1 black pepper
1 garlic powder
1 salt
In a saucepan, on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk soup,
flour, butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper until smooth and piping
hot. Combine with spinach and onion.
(MY NOTE:I'd substitute fresh minced garlic for the garlic powder).
