 Fibre up your Baking in 4 Easy Steps:
 1. Look at chart to determine the amount of bran cereal flour needed for
 
 your recipe.
 2. Grind Post 100% Bran Cereal in blender or food processor for 60 to 90
 
 seconds on high speed until a flour-like consistency (some coarse pieces
 
 may remain). Now you've got bran cereal flour.
 3. Measure the bran cereal flour needed for your recipe after it has 
 been ground. Note: You can substitute up to 1/4 of all-purpose flour 
 called for in your recipe with bran cereal flour.
 4. Mix the bran cereal flour and all-purpose flour for your recipe, then
 
 simply follow your recipe’s directions.
