                        Proofing Frozen Bread Dough

 Grease Loaf Pan.  Brush frozen bread dough with softened butter or
 margarine.  Place in prepared pan.  To proof: fill small microwave safe
 pitcher or cup with about 2 cups very warm water.  Place in corner of
 microwave oven. Place bread on Micro Go Round in microwave oven.  Microwave
 at 10% (low) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until dough is double in size and
 indentation remains when lightly touched.  Bake in conventional oven as
 directed on frozen bread dough package.  Remove from pan.  Brush top with
 softened butter or margarine.  Dough can be thawed in refrigerator as
 directed on frozen bread dough package.  Reduce proofing time in microwave
 oven to 25 to 30 minutes.
