               Swedish Meatballs w/Homemade Meatballs & Sauce

    1      cup           homemade white sauce mix
    2      cups          beef broth
    1      cup           fresh mushrooms -- finely chopped
      1/8  teaspoon      ground nutmeg
    1      container     meatballs made w/homemade meatball mix -- thawed
    1      package       egg noodles -- 12 ounces OR
    1      package       no yolk type noodles
 
 In a large saucepan, combine white sauce mix and beef broth.  Cook over med
 ium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.  Add mushrooms a
 nd nutmeg.  Stir in meatballs and continue cooking until heated through.
 
 Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package directions.  Serve the Swed
 ish meatballs in sauce over hot drained noodles.
 
 Makes 4-6 servings.
