             Snappy Cocktail Meatballs with Honey Mustard Sauce

    1 1/2  pounds        lean ground beef
    1      envelope      brown gravy dry mix
    2      tablespoons   prepared horseradish
    1      tablespoon    dried parsley flakes
    1      teaspoon      dried basil
      1/4  teaspoon      freshly ground black pepper
                         ----Sauce----
      1/2  cup           Dijon-style mustard
    3      tablespoons   honey
      1/8  teaspoon      cayenne pepper
 
 In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; mix well.  Shape into 1-inch
  meatballs.  Place in a shallow baking pan; bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minut
 es.
 In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients.
 To serve, arrange meatballs on a serving plate with sauce and toothpicks.  Make
 s about 30 meatballs.
