                           Hot Swiss Cheese Balls

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
    3      C             Swiss Cheese -- grated
    2      Tbsp          Flour
    4      Tbsp          Sherry
                         Salt, Pepper & Paprika -- to taste
    6                    Egg Whites -- stiffly beaten
                         Cracker Crumbs
 
 Mix the cheese and flour and add sherry and seasonings.  Beat egg whites as
 stiff as possible and fold in.  Form into 1 balls and roll in cracker
 brumbs.  Fry in deep hot fat in a frying basket until golden brown.  Drain.
  Serve with wooden picks to facilitate handling.
