      title: mini cheese shells

     1/2 c  unsalted butter
       3 oz cream cheese
     1/4 t  salt
     1/4 c  parmesan cheese
   1 1/2 c  flour
 
 combine ingredients-mix well
 shape into a ball
 wrap in plastic and chill for 1-96 hours
 roll into a rope, divide into equal portions
 roll each portion into a 3-1/2 circle
 press into a 2-inch muffin cup
 repeat with remaining dough
 bake @ 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes
 remove from oven fill as desired
 serve hot, warm, room temperature, or chilled
