   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1      lb            sharp Cheddar cheese -- grated
    1      lb            Swiss cheese -- grated
    1      small clove   garlic -- mashed
    1      teaspoon      dry mustard
    1      teaspoon      salt
    2      teaspoons     Worcestershire sauce
      1/8  teaspoon      hot sauce
    1      can           beer
                         Toast triangles or rounds
                         assorted crackers
 
 Blend cheeses thoroughly. Combine cheeses, garlic, mustard, salt, 
 Worchestershire sauce and hot sauce with beer, mix well. Spread on 
 toast. Brown lightly under broiler. Serve hot.
