      title: roquefort and asiago cheesecake

       2 c  breadcrumbs
     1/4 c  asiago
       3 t  unsalted butter
       1 c  onion
       1 t  butter
      16 oz cream cheese
       6 oz roquefort cheese
     1/3 c  cream
     1/2 t  salt
       4 ea egg
 
 combine the breadcrumbs, asiago cheese, and melted butter-mix well 
 press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 10-inch springform pan 
 combine onions and butter in a skillet, over a medium flame heat and stir
 for 4-5 minutes, until softened without browning 
 remove from heat, cool 
 combine cream cheese and roquefort cheese in a mixer bowl-mix well 
 add the cream and salt-mix well 
 add the onion mixture-mix well 
 beat in the eggs, one at a time, just until incorporated 
 pour into the prepared crust 
 bake @ 325 degrees for 60 minutes, or until set 
 remove from heat, cool 
 serve at room temperature
