       3 c  cheddar cheese
       2 c  small curd cottage cheese
       2 t  prepared horseradish
     1/2 c  mayonnaise
       2 t  dijon mustard
     1/4 lb canadian bacon
       1 t  chives
     1/4 t  salt
     1/4 t  white pepper
       2 t  unsalted butter
            sliced black olives
            pimiento strips
       3 lb assorted savory crackers
 combine cheddar, cottage cheese, horseradish, mayonnaise, mustard,
 canadian bacon, chives, salt, pepper, and butter in a food processor 
 process until smooth and well blended 
 pour into an ungreased mini-muffin pan 
 cover and chill for 4-48 hours 
 unmold onto a serving platter or individual serving plates garnish as
 serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with assorted savory
 crackers to the side
