      title: roasted red pepper cheese mousse

       2 ea red bell pepper
      11 oz farmer cheese
       1    garlic
       1 t  olive oil
         t  salt
 
 remove and discard stem and seeds from roasted peppers
 combine peppers, cheese, and garlic in a food processor
 process to a smooth puree
 with machine running, add olive oil and process to mix well
 season to taste with salt
 cover and chill for 4-96 hours
