                                Sausage Cups

    1      pound         ground sausage -- cooked & crumbled
      1/4  cup           margarine
      1/2  cupped        green onion -- chopped fine
    1      cup           mushroom -- chopped
      1/2  cup           olives -- chopped
    1      teaspoon      salt
      1/2  teaspoon      black pepper
      1/2  cup           flour
    1      quart         heavy whipping cream
      1/2  cup           parmesan cheese
   24      each          phyllo tarts, or tart shells
 
 Melt margaine and cook onion utnil soft.  Add mushrooms, olives, salt and
 pepper.  Sprinkle with flour, stirring constanly.  Pour in cream and bring
 to a boil.  Add sausage.  Reduce heat and simmer till thick.
 
 Prebake shells if they need to be.  Fill dough cups with mixture, and
 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
 
 Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or till cheese is melted.
