       Title: JUSTIN WILSON'S CRAWFISH OR SHRIMP COCKTAIL

     1/2 c  Heinz chili sauce
     1/2 c  Catsup
     1/2 c  Horseradish
       1 tb Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
     1/2 ts Salt
       1 tb Lemon or lime juice
     1/2 c  Parsley, chopped fine
            Louisiana hot sauce
            Boiled crawfish or shrimp
  
   Combine all ingredients to make sauce.  Pour over
   crawfish or shrimp, or dip the crawfish or shrimp in
