    1      Cup           (4 Oz.) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
      1/2  Cup           (4 Oz. ) Cream Cheese
    2      Tablespoons   Hellmann’s Dijonnaise Creamy Mustard Blend
      1/2  Cup           Chopped, Toasted Pecans, Divided
                         Melba Toast Or Rounds
 
 1.  In small bowl stir cheddar cheese, cream cheese, creamy mustard 
 blend and 2 tbsp pecans until well blended.  
 
 2.  Shape cheese mixture into a ball; coat with remaining pecans. 
 
 3.  Cover; chill 1 hour to blend flavors.  Serve with melbas.
 
 Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

 NOTES : Variations:  Stir in one of the following ingredients:
 
 2 tbsp bacon bits
 1/8 tsp curry powder
 1 tbsp chopped parsley
