1 can (14oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
 1 cup 100 percent grated parmesan cheese
 1 cup real mayonaise
 1 clove garlic, minced
 chopped tomato
 chopped chives
 
 Mix all ingredients except tomatoe and chives.  Spoon into a 9 in. quiche dish.
  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.  Sprinkle with
 chopped tomatoes and chives. Serve with crackers.
