                         Artichoke and Parmesan Dip

      1/3  cup           artichoke hearts
      1/4  cup           mayonnaise
    2      tablespoons   sliced scallions -- white and green part
    1      clove         garlic -- minced
      1/4  cup           unflavored yogurt
      1/4  cup           grated pamesan
      1/4  teaspoon      pepper
 
 Place artichokes, mayo, scallions and garlic in a blender container.  Cover 
 and blend until smooth.  Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in the yogurt, 
 pepper and cheese.
