                             Cheese Pepper Dip

   24      ounces        Cacique® brand Asadero cheese
    6                    pasilla chilies -- roasted and peeled
    2      tablespoons   garlic -- minced
      1/2  cup           cilantro -- chopped
    6                    red or green bell peppers -- roasted and peeled
                         salt and pepper -- to taste
                         tortilla chips -- OR
                         fresh corn tortillas
 
 Slice the chilies and the bell peppers into thin strips. Slowly melt the Asader
 o cheese over low flame and add the chilies, garlic, and cilantro and stir with
  a wooden spoon. Add salt and pepper and serve with the tortillas (chips or fre
 sh corn tortillas).
