   24       oz           EDEN Great Northern Beans
                         -OR- EDEN Garbanzo Beans

    2       cn           EDEN Navy Beans (15 oz ea)
                         -OR- EDEN Garbanzo Beans
 
   1/4 CUP tahini
   2 tablespoons EDEN EXtra Virgin Olive Oil
   2 tablespoons EDEN Umeboshi Paste
   3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
   % lemon, juiced
   
     Blend all ingredients in a food processor or
   
   mash with a potato masher, adjusting consistency
   
   with a little water if desired. Now you can make
   
   a quick, homemade version of this Middle
   Eastern favorite. We use umeboshi paste for
   added flavor. Serve as a dip with chiPs or with
   warm pita bread.
