       Title: Taffy Apple Dip

       Yield: 6 servings
 
       8 oz cream cheese; softened
     3/4 c  brown sugar
       1 tb vanilla extract
     1/2 c  peanuts; chopped
       6    apples; cut into wedges
 
   In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until
   smooth. Spread mixture on a small serving plate; top with nuts.  Serve
   with apple wedges.  Source:  Taste of Home

   Very Messy but good use Pumpernickle bread to put the dip in and use two
   loaves of bread for dipping. One white one the center of the loaf cut
   out to hold the dip.
