   10       lb           Avacados (about 20)
      3/4   lb           Black Olives, chopped
                         - 3 cups
      1/2   c            Green onion, sliced
      3/4   c            Lime juice
      1/2   c            Salsa
    1 1/2   tb           Salt (to taste)
 
   Mash avacados.  Combine rest of ingredients.  Add
   additional Salsa or seasonings as desired.  Makes 1
   gallon
