       Title: Rip & Dip

       Yield: 1 servings
       1 ea Bread; round, hollowed out,         1 c  Water chestnuts, diced
       1 pk Spinach; frozen, chopped          1/2 c  Cheese; cheddar, grated
 	    1 c  Sour cream			   1/4 pk Knorr swiss vegetable
      soup m
       1 c  Mayonnaise                          1 ea Onion; small, diced
   Mix all ingredients except bread together and refridgerate until ready to
   serve.  When ready to serve pour into hollowed out bread and serve with
