   1 3/4 lb cream cheese
     1/2 lb asiago
     1/2 lb blue cheese
       5 ea egg
     1/3 c  whipping cream
     1/4 t  freshly ground white pepper
 preheat oven to 325 degrees
 wrap aluminum foil around the base and sides of a 9-inch springform pan
 combine cream cheese, asiago, and blue cheese in a food processor
 process until smooth and well blended
 add eggs, cream, and white pepper-mix well, scraping sides often
 pour into prepared springform pan
 place into a roasting pan
 pour warm water into roasting pan, around springform pan, to a depth of
 bake @ 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until top is lightly browned and
 center has set
 remove to cool completely
 serve at room temperature, garnished with jalapeno jelly or onion
