       8 oz cream cheese
      11 oz condensed cream of shrimp so
     1/2 c  sour cream
       1 t  prepared horseradish
     1/4 t  worcestershire sauce
 
 heat cream cheese in a small saucepan, over a low flame
 add remaining ingredients-mix well 
 transfer to a chafing dish or a fondue pot 
 serve hot, with assorted dippers to the side
