       1 bn basil
       2 t  garlic
     1/2 c  olive oil
       1 t  kosher salt
       1 c  sour cream
       2 t  pine nuts
 
 combine basil and garlic in a food processor 
 process to a fine puree 
 with machine running, add oil in a thin-steady stream 
 stir in salt 
 cover and chil for 2-48 hours 
 stir in sour cream and toasted pine nuts 
 serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
