       Title: Artichoke Shrimp Spread

            -Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A
       2 cn Artichoke hearts; drain,
            -chop fine; 14oz ea
     3/4 c  Grated Romano cheese
     1/2 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
   1 1/2 lb Cooked shrimp; chopped fine,
            70-90 to the pound
       1 ts Basil
       2 tb Ex Virgin Olive oil
   1 3/4 c  Mayonnaise
       1 tb Lea and Perrin
       1 tb Louisiana Hot Sauce
         x  Salt and Pepper
       1    Loaf Poor Boy bread; slice
            -in half horizontally
  
   Mix all and spread on both halves of bread. Lace with a little more olive
   oil. Cut in 1-1/2 slices and put in a 300~ oven for 5 to 8 minutes to heat
