   12      Medium        Tomatoes, Peeled -- Seeded And Chopped
      3/4  Cup           Olive Oil
    2      Cloves        Garlic -- Minced
    1 1/2  Tbsp          Minced Fresh Basil
    1      13 Oz Can     Tuna In Oil -- Well Drained
    1 1/4  Cups          Black Olives -- Pitted And Halved
    3      Tbsp          Anchovy Fillets -- Chopped
    1 1/2  Tbsp          Drained Capers
      1/8  Tsp           black p
 
 In a heavy stainless steel skillet simmer tomatoes, oil, garlic and basil
 
 until mix is thick.  Remove from heat andcool to room temperature. Stir
 in 
 remaining ingredients.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heap mix into a pie 
 plate; cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.  Cool to room temperature
 
 and then chill.  serve cold with crackers or Italian bread.
