                               Vegetable Dip

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1      cup           mayonnaise *1
    2      tablespoons   onions chopped
      1/2  teaspoon      salt -- optional
      1/4  teaspoon      pepper *2
      1/8  teaspoon      thyme
    2      tablespoons   chives
    2      tablespoons   chili sauce (Heinz)
    2      teaspoons     red wine vinegar
 
 *1 I used Hellman’s Ultra light (Fat Free in US) 3/4 cup and 1/4 cup
 Ultra
 light sour cream 
 *2 I used white pepper 
 
  Mix all ingredients well.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to
 serving to 
 allow the flavours to blend. Use carrot and celery sticks, zucchini
 slices or 
 sticks, cucumber slices, broccoli and cauliflower florets, cherry
 tomatoes and 
 any other variety of vegetables you desire.
