                   Spinach-Artichoke Dip (Chicago Style)

   16      oz            sour cream
      1/3  cup           Parmesan cheese
   14      ounces        Artichoke Hearts -- drained and chopped
   10      ounces        chopped spinach -- frozen, thawed
                         -squeezed dry
    6      oz            Monterey jack cheese -- shredded
 					
 Combine sour cream and 1/4 cup  of parmesan cheese  in a 2qt casserole dish.
 Stir in spinach and artichokes. Mix well. Cover top with monterey jack and
 rest of parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 400~ and then broil for
 about 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Serve with vegetables or
 crackers
