                       Horseradish & Cream Cheese Dip

    2      packages      cream cheese -- (3 oz. each)
                         softened
    2      tablespoons   prepared horseradish
      1/4  cup           mayonnaise
      1/4  teaspoon      salt
                         pepper to taste (I sometimes like hot
                         pepper in my dip)
    6      slices        crisp cooked bacon -- chopped or crumbled
 
 Mix cream cheese, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add the bacon
 (drain it on paper towels after frying); mix well. Refrigerate about 1 hour
 before serving. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
