    6                    basil leafs
  150      grams         anchovies -- 5 oz
    2      dl            olive oil
                         peanut  oil
    6                    garlic cloves -- peeled
    3      tablespoons   vinegar
                         water -- if needed
 
 Wash anchovies to remove salt.
 Place enchovies, garlic and basil in a small food processor.
 Process adding oil as  for mayonnaise.
 Add vinegar and process 1/2 minute.
 If too thick add a little water.
 Chill
