       Title: Bean and Garlic Dip

       Yield: 4 servings
  
 	    2 c  Pinto beans; * 		   1/4 c  Mayonnaise or salad
      dressing
       1 ea Clove garlic; finely chopped    1 1/2 ts Red chiles; ground
     1/4 ts Salt                                1 x  Pepper; dash of
  
   *  Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned.

   Mix all ingredients.  Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.  Serve with tortilla
   chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
