MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
  
       Title: Hot crab dip
  Categories: Dips, Seafood
       Yield: 1 Servings
  
       3 lb Cream cheese
       2    Shallots; chopped
     1/2 bn Scallions; chopped
     1/4 c  Chopped jalapeno peppers
     1/2 c  Salsa
       1 c  Diced tomatoes
     1/2 c  Nacho cheese
     1/4 c  Horseradish
       2 tb Garlic
     1/4 c  Lemon juice
     1/4 c  Dry sherry
       2 tb Old bay
       2 lb Crab claw meat
  
      Soften cream cheese.  Place rest of ingredients (except crab) in
   pot and heat; simmer 15 minutes.  Stir in cream cheese. Off heat;
   fold in crab meat.
