Apple Brickle Dip
 
 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
 1/4 cup sugar
 1 package (10 oz.) English Toffee bits
 6 medium tart apples, cut into slices
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 
 In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla. Fold in
 toffee bits. Serve with apple slices, refrigerate any leftovers. (I
 never have any!!)
 
 Yield: 2 cups.
