Blue Cheese Spread
 
 8 ounces cream cheese
 5 ounces blue cheese (Maytag, Blue Costello)
 Water
 
 Choose a blue cheese that you like.  Maytag is an excellent choice, but may
 be too strong for some.  Blue Costello is milder.
 
 Let cheese come to room temperature.
 Combine in food processor and pulse to incorporate blue cheese into cream 
 cheese.  Add water by the tablespoon and process until smooth and desired
 consistency.
 
 The amount of water varies based on cheeses used and personal preference.
 
 Can be used as a substitute for the discontinued Kraft (r) Roka Blue.
