                               Black Bean Dip

    1                    large clove garlic
    1      can           black beans, drained and rinsed -- 15 1/2oz.
    2      teaspoons     cider vinegar
      1/4  teaspoon      ground cumin
                         black pepper to taste
                         chopped cilantro for garnish
 
 Mince garlic in bowl of food processor. Add remaining ingredients; process
 until smooth. If desired, garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with tostada
 chips.
