       Title: The Border Grill’s Cinco De Mayo Guacamole
  Categories: Dip
       Yield: 1 Servings
  
       3    Ripe Haas avocados*
       1 sm Red onion, peeled and diced
       1    Jalapenos, or 2, to taste**
       1 bn Cilantro leaves***
       2    Limes, juiced
            Salt & freshly ground pepper
  
   *peeled and mashed
   
   **chopped finely (seeds optional)
   
   ***up to 2 bunches to taste; washed, dried and roughly chopped
   
   Mix all ingredients well.
