    1      cup           asparagus -- cooked
    2      tablespoons   chili peppers -- diced
    2      teaspoons     tomato paste
    2      teaspoons     lemon juice
    1      tablespoon    onion -- chopped
    3      tablespoons   nonfat mayonnaise
                          -or- yogurt or sour cream
      1/4  teaspoon      cumin
      1/4  teaspoon      garlic powder
      1/8  teaspoon      white pepper
 
 Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend to
 desired consistency. Voila!!
