4 Med Zucchini -- shredded
6 Med Scallions -- cut into pieces
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp White Pepper
1/4 Tsp Dill Weed
16 Oz Nonfat Sour Cream
Zucchini -- slices for garnish
Squeeze shredded zucchini to remove excess water; place in food processor
or blender container. Add next 6 ingredients; process until smooth. Stir
in sour cream until well combined. Chill. Garnish. Serve with
crackers.
