    3       c            Wheat pastry flour
      1/2   ts           Salt
    2       ts           Baking powder
    1       c            Less 3 tb. water
      1/4   c            Melted butter
 
   Into a medium bowl measure the flour, salt and baking   powder.  In a
 small bowl, emulsify with a fork, the   water and melted butter. Combine the
 liquid and dry   ingredients well with a fork, then let the dough rest   to
 absorb moisture.  Proceed as for Whole Wheat Sesame   Thins.
