      1/2  teaspoon      Garlic Powder
      1/2  teaspoon      Onion Salt
    1      pound         Beef Roast
      1/2  cup           Soy sauce
      1/2  teaspoon      Garlic Salt
      1/2  teaspoon      Lemon Pepper
 
 Marinate 1 hour or overnight.  Bake in oven 150 to 170, overnight for 10 - 12
 hours.
