    1      cup           vanilla soymilk -- chilled
    5      ounces        japanese-style soft silken tofu
                         --chilled and cubed
    2      cups          fresh or frozen fruit
                         --one or more varieties of choice
    1      tablespoon    honey -- (up to 2)
                         --or brown rice syrup
      1/2  teaspoon      vanilla extract
 
 Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.
 
 Yield: 2 shakes
