    1      small         pear, peeled, cored, cut in chunks
      1/2  cup           milk
      1/4  cup           liquid egg substitute
      1/2  Tablespoon    brown sugar
      1/4  teaspoon      ground cinnamon
    2                    ice cubes -- cracked
 
 Put all ingredients in blender.  Blend at high speed for 15 seconds.  Makes 1
 1/2 cups.
