    3      tbsps         instant coffee powder
      1/2  c             coffee liqueur
      1/4  c             creme de cacao
      3/4  c             whipped cream
    2      tbsps         semisweet chocolate -- grated
 
 In slow-cooker, combine hot water, coffee and liquers.  Cover and heat on low 
 2-4 h.  Ladle into mugs; top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
