1 kiwifruit, peeled
 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
 1/2 cup chilled seltzer or club soda
 2 teaspoons honey
 Cut kiwifruit into quarters.  In blender, at high speed, blend kiwifruit,
 frozen yogurt, and remaining ingredients 1 minute.  Pour into 2 chilled
 glasses.  (makes 2 servings)
