                             Cream Cheese Ball

    3      packages      (8oz) cream cheese -- softened
    1      can           Crushed pineappl; -- drained
    1      small         Jar pimientos -- drained
    1                    Bell pepper -- chopped fine
                         Pecans -- Chopped
 
 Mix by hand the cream cheese,pimiento and pineapple until thoroughly
 blended. Add the bell pepper and form the mixture into a ball.Put in
 refrigator for 1 to 2 hours to firm up. Reshape if necessary.Roll in
 chopped pecans and place on a shallow platter. Serve with assorted
 crackers.
