                         0.75 c  Sugar
                         2.00 tb Cornstarch
                         0.25 ts Cinnamon
                         0.25 ts Nutmeg
                         2.00 c  Apple cider (not juice)
                         2.00 tb Lemon juice
                         0.25 c  Margarine
 
   Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan. Stir in apple
 cider and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil one
 minute.  Blend in margarine. Serve warm.
