* Exported from MasterCook * Horseradish Mustard Recipe By : The Mustard Cookbook Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Condiment Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 Cup Mustard, Dry 1/2 Cup Sugar, Granulated 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Cup Tarragon Vinegar 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice 4 Tablespoons White Horseradish, Bottled, Drained Place all ingredients in container of blender or processor fitted with steel blade. Process for 1 minute. Scrape down sides of container with a rubber spatula & process 30 seconds longer. Keep in a well-sealed container & allow to stand overnight before using.
