                           HOT AND SWEET MUSTARD

    4                    Egg -- lightly beaten
      1/2   c            Sugar
    1       cn           Dry mustard (2 oz)
    1       c            Apple cider vinegar
    1       t            Salt
    1 1/2   ts           Cayenne pepper
      1/2   c            Butter or margarine
                         - melted
 
   Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler.
   Cook over low heat, shicking constantly, until
   thickened (about 10 minutes). Cool and pour into
   container.  Store in refrigerator.
