                           M.’s Quick Mayonnaise

    1      tablespoon    butter
    1      teaspoon      mustard
    1      teaspoon      sea salt
    1      teaspoon      fructose
    3      tablespoons   canola oil
    3      tablespoons   apple cider vinegar
    1                    egg -- beaten
 
 Beat oil slowly into creamed butter, adding mustard, salt and fructose. Then be
 at in vinegar slowly, and lastly, beat in egg slowly.  If it curdles, beat unti
 l smooth.
 
  NOTE:  You can use a blender.  Also remember, don't let fresh mayonnaise ever 
 set out.  Seal up tightly.
