       Title: Hot Horseradish Mustard
  Categories: Condiment, Spread
       Yield: 1 .75 cups
 
     1/2 c  Dry mustard
     1/4 c  Mustard seeds
     1/2 c  Cider vinegar
     1/3 c  White wine vinegar
       3 tb Honey
       2 tb Prepared horseradish;
            - drained
       1 ts Red pepper flakes
 
   Combine ingredients in a blender and whirl until mixture is smooth.
 
   Keeps several months in the refrigerator.
